Artists help heart patient

Artists under the Kange Recording Studio, have teamed up to host a medical fundraiser of a one year old heart patient.

Anthony Nicko was born with a hole in the heart.

To raise funds for the costly operation, his parents decided to hold a fundraiser.

The KRS label, owned by well-known artist Daniel Bilip, decided to get on board with his team.

"We want to perform for a cause," he said.

Artists under the label, to perform are: Shadows band, Jnr Francis, Steven Francis and Daniel Bilip.

Each will be launching a song.

Shadows will launch liklik meri, Jnr Francis will launch Come Back, Steven Francis will launch Mondi and Daniel Philip will launch Meri Yalu.

KRS has been in place for 5 years now, promoting artists from Wabag and other Highlands provinces.

This will be their big and final performance as a label, for the year.

The KRS album launch and medical fundraiser will take place this Friday, November's 10 at the Sports Inn club.
