The Sheppard will be in town

Queensland based band, the Sheppard, is returning to Port Moresby next month for a night of Bombs Away at the Cosmopolitan.

The band makes an appearance on local stage one more time after favourably rocking the world on international platform.

The Sheppard band is no stranger to PNG.

The siblings spent some of their childhood here and as a band, later appearing as guest performers at functions held within Port Moresby.

They also met one of the biggest influences in their music career here - Buruka Tau.

Tau was their music teacher at the time, who later introduced the band to their current manager.

The event, set for May 6, is expected to be a praiseworthy concert from the Sheppard band, in light of their more recent tours and appearances world-wide.

From debut album Bombs Away, the Sheppard band are bound to set the stage alight with their albums’ lead single Keep me Crazy, their international chart topper Geranimo and the catchy Let me down Easy, just to name a few.

Tickets to the exclusive Sheppard band concert has begun selling, the Cosmopolitan has confirmed.
