Opposition launches new website

Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare was given the honour to launch the website last night at the Sanctuary Hotel in Port Moresby.

During the event, Opposition Leader Patrick Pruaitch said the 27 alternate Government MPs are solid and will never be moved by any sweet talks from the Government.

He added that they are ready to change the government in 18 months’ time.

“We may not have the numbers but the numbers we have right now will increase in the next coming months.”

Website tracks calls to fake ads offering youngsters for sex

Unlike the other ads on these pages, Shelby's are decoys. And the models -- all adults -- agreed to pose for them.

It's part of the organization's new initiative called Demand Tracker. YouthSpark provides support to juvenile victims of sex trafficking and those at risk of exploitation. But executive director Alex Trouteaud says that just wasn't enough.

"When every day, you are serving youth who have been sexually exploited, at some point you sit back and say what's causing this? Because it's nothing wrong with the kids," he said.

Anti-establishment website launched

I can reveal that Westmonster is co-owned by Michael Heaver, former press adviser to Nigel Farage. The 27-year-old, who together with Mr Banks will own 50% of the website, will edit it day to day.

Modelled on the Drudge Report, the American aggregator site that generates huge traffic, Westmonster will be powered by the social media reach of Leave.EU, the campaign to which Mr Banks gave close to £7m - the largest donation in British political history.

NRI launches new website

This was the message during the official launching of the NRI’s new website today in Port Moresby.

NRI Senior Deputy Director, Dr David Ayres, said the goal of the new website is to bring together stakeholders, the government, and interested researchers to begin to address and think about the development challenges in Papua New Guinea.

“Central to the PNG knowledge hub and central to the NRI is our motto which we call the three I’s which are ‘inquire, inform, influence,” said Ayres.

NJ Gov. Christie goes live with presidential campaign site

The new website —www.chrischristie.com — shows the New Jersey governor's name along with the slogan, "Telling it like it is."

And there's a short animated video posted on Christie's Twitter feed that promotes the new campaign site.

The site says it's paid for Chris Christie for President, Inc.

Donors and friends are getting invitations to Christie's campaign announcement event Tuesday at his former high school.

Christie will be the 14th Republican candidate to seek the nomination.
